Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide to us directly, including your name, contact information (such as your email address and mobile phone number), payment details, and booking preferences.
We also collect identity verification information when required for your reservation. We utilize Persona to process government-issued IDs and verify identity via facial recognition. Biometric identifiers generated during this process are used solely for verification and are deleted immediately upon completion.
To maintain security, resolve potential disputes and comply with various regulations, we retain copies of your identification documents (e.g., ID and selfie) for a period of 6 months after your checkout date. After this retention period, all identification data is permanently deleted from our records and Persona’s servers.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help operate our messaging and booking services. For example, to understand your requests, answer questions, and assist with reservations.
We do not use your personal information to train AI models. When you interact with our AI-assisted services, your information is used only to respond to your request and provide the service you asked for. It is not used to train, retrain, or improve any AI model, whether ours or a third party’s. We work with an established AI service provider to deliver these features. Our provider only receives the content of your message needed to generate a response — it does not have access to your informational records, reservation history, or payment information. It processes your information solely to perform this service on our behalf, under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train its models or for any other purpose.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your phone number and email address to:
- Send transactional communications related to your reservation and stay, such as booking confirmations, check-in instructions, or in-stay service updates.
- Send promotional messages or offers via SMS and/or email

Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share a subset of details with service providers who help us operate our services such as payment processors, communication platforms, and identity verification partners solely for purposes consistent with this policy, such as verifying your identity, processing payments, and delivering communications you have consented to receive.
Data Security
We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Any third-party providers we work with, including for identity verification, are contractually required to handle your information securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws and industry standards.
